Taking yoga has been one of the best things I have ever decided to do. Raven is such a great teacher. She is very helpful before, during and after class. She makes you feel comfortable even if you are not doing a pose quite right. She always takes extra time to assist the class members with specific needs. Raven’s yoga classes have allowed me to get back in touch with my body after being physically inactive for awhile.
